Our client Ragzon Solutions is looking for Business Development Associate in Lahore.
We are looking for a confident and communication-focused individual to join our team as a Sales this role you will work with warm inbound leads developers who have already shown interest in remote job opportunities with international clients. Your responsibility will be to engage with them explain the process conduct structured discussions and guide them through the process towards successful onboarding.
Note: This is an on-site role however candidates will be onboarded for remote roles with clients. Key Responsibilities
Handle warm inbound leads from Facebook and other platforms
Contact interested developers and present remote/outsourced job opportunities
Understand candidate interest and guide them through the process
Schedule and coordinate onsite meetings/interviews
Conduct structured discussions including:
Basic technical conversation (non-deep technical)
Personality and communication assessment
Build engagement with leads and move them towards conversion (onboarding)
Prepare candidates for working with international/outsourced clients
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure lead progression
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Requirements
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confidence in handling calls and one-on-one discussions
Ability to engage and convert interested leads
Basic understanding of software development roles (Frontend Backend etc.)
Organized with strong follow-up skills
Nice to Have
Experience in sales lead handling or customer interaction
Exposure to tech hiring or working with developers
Important Notes
No cold calling only warm interested leads will be provided
This is not a hardcore technical role
The focus is on communication engagement and lead conversion
Training and scripts will be provided
