Job Summary
An internal opportunity is now available for a Systems Support Specialist.
This role focuses on advanced technical support resolving escalations and maintaining high service standards across customer systems. Youll work closely with Customer Support and Field teams to troubleshoot complex issues restore services and support system deployments and improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve escalated technical issues across software hardware and network environments
- Perform advanced remote troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Support system configuration and remote commissioning during deployments and project work
- Own tickets through to resolution and maintain accurate documentation
- Contribute to process improvements and technical knowledge sharing
- Support and mentor junior team members
What were looking for
- Current experience in a Systems Support / Helpdesk role within ECL
- Strong troubleshooting capability across systems networks and customer environments
- Confidence managing escalated or complex technical issues
- Solid understanding of Windows systems networking concepts and remote support tools
- A proactive teamfocused approach with strong communication skills
