SAP FICO Consultant (FICO, Implementations & Rollouts)

Join the new MCC and you will have the opportunity to become part of an organization that has been committed to excellence and industry leadership for over 110 SAP FICO Analyst will focus on managing financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) processes within SAP systems ensuring accurate reporting compliance and integration with other business modules. The responsibilities typically combine technical configuration business process alignment and stakeholder :- Work with business stakeholders to understand financial and controlling requirements.- Translate business needs into SAP solutions.- System Configuration & Implementation- Configure FI (General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers Profit Centers Internal Orders).- Support integration with other SAP modules (MM SD PP HR).- Financial Reporting & Compliance- Ensure accurate financial statements and reporting.- Align SAP processes with local and international accounting standards (IFRS GAAP).- Support audits and compliance requirements.- User Support & Training- Provide functional support to end-users.- Conduct training sessions for finance and controlling teams.- Document processes and create user manuals.- System Maintenance & Enhancements- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.- Implement upgrades patches and enhancements.- Work with IT teams to ensure system stability.- Requirement Gathering & Analysis- Participate in SAP implementation or migration - Bachelors degree with 5 years of related experience and/or training; SAP certifications are a plus- Excellent communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively-Fully Bilingual English/SpanishDiversity & Inclusion:At MCC we believe what makes us unique makes us better.
