Your assignment

HR Administration

• Support job application process and co-ordination of interview etc.
• Support New Hire process including carrying out introduction of new hires issuance of welcome package uniform lockers access cards etc.
• Responsible for stock management and ordering of uniforms value buttons and HR forms documents etc.
• Setting-up and maintenance of employee p-files.
• Issuance of Staff pass and requisition of access cards.
• Preparation of letters.
