As HRData Management and Employee Inquiries Analyst the purpose is ensure accurate data entry and proper maintenance to all HR Applications.
- Data Entry: Accurately maintain employees data into HR Platforms (SuccessFactor payroll etc).
- Employee inquiries: Ensure a proper quality and timely response to all employees HR-related inquiries through CRM Tool (Service Now).
- Reporting: Generate customized and recurring reports for HR or audits when .
- Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding pay deductions and tax forms through CRM Tool (Service Now).
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in Shared Services operations in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelors degree in administration Human Resources or related field.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (intermediate) English level (advanced).
- Soft Skills: Detail oriented problem-solving analysis communication collaboration.
