Job Summary
As a Receptionist / Executive within our Business Support & Facilities team you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and professional office experience for clients visitors and colleagues. Acting as the first point of contact youll combine frontoffice excellence with administrative and facilities coordination helping maintain a wellorganised welcoming and efficient workplace environment.
What You Will Do
- Youll act as the first point of contact for visitors clients and staffmanaging calls coordinating access and ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience at all times.
- Youll provide daytoday administrative support including handling mail and couriers supporting internal teams managing basic procurement tasks and maintaining organised document systems.
- Youll oversee meeting room readiness by coordinating bookings ensuring cleanliness setting up equipment and maintaining supplies to support smooth and efficient meetings.
- Youll deliver highquality client hospitality by managing refreshments maintaining presentation standards and ensuring a positive and professional experience for guests.
- Youll support office operations and facilities management by coordinating with service providers monitoring supplies maintaining records ensuring compliance with workplace policies and escalating issues when needed.

Qualifications :
About You
- You hold a relevant degree and bring reasonable experience in an administrative business support or similar environment
- You are highly organised detailoriented and able to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to deliver excellent client service and build relationships.
- You are professional proactive and comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) and communicate fluently in English and French.
