Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Software Project Coordinator to support the planning coordination and successful delivery of technology projects within a dynamic and growing IT environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination skills excellent communication abilities and an interest in working closely with technical teams clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple technology projects from planning through delivery.
Work closely with internal technical teams clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
Monitor project progress track deliverables and support the resolution of project related issues.
Assist with project scheduling resource coordination and documentation.
Facilitate communication between different departments and external stakeholders.
Support project reporting status updates and follow up activities.
Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and consistently.
Contribute to process improvements and efficient project delivery practices.
Requirements
Previous experience in project coordination project management operations coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients suppliers and internal teams.
Ability to coordinate tasks stakeholders and project activities in a structured and proactive manner.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Interest in technology and digital environments.
Experience using project management collaboration or reporting tools will be considered an asset.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies software projects or ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
Fluent English communication skills.
