Job Description
As an Office Clerk you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The ideal candidate will be organized detail-oriented and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks while supporting different departments within the business.
Role and Responsibilities
Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
Maintain and update company records databases and filing systems.
Process and organize documents invoices and correspondence.
Assist with data entry and record management.
Prepare reports letters and other business documents as required.
Handle incoming emails and telephone inquiries professionally.
Support the coordination of office activities and administrative processes.
Liaise with suppliers clients and internal departments when necessary.
Assist management and colleagues with administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements
Fluency in English and Italian both written and spoken.
Previous experience in an administrative clerical or office support role will be considered an asset.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Word Excel and Outlook.
A proactive and professional attitude.
