Office Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an Office Manager to manage our regions in Malta Spain Portugal and UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations across multiple locations ensuring consistent standards and smooth collaboration between offices.
- Lead supervise coach and develop the Office Operations Management (OOM) team ensuring effective communication productivity and performance management.
- Implement and maintain unified office policies procedures document workflows and visitor handling processes optimizing efficiency through technology.
- Ensure offices are fully equipped well maintained and provide appropriate workspaces; oversee maintenance repairs cleaning services and office equipment.
- Maintain high levels of internal and external customer service and drive continuous improvement of office services and processes.
- Manage suppliers and service providers review proposals monitor performance and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and manage the office operations budget control costs analyze variances and monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Provide operational coverage during team absences.
This role is located in Malta and is an office based role.
Qualifications :
- Secondary (higher special etc.) education.
- Experience of in Office Management or relevant field.
- Experience with standard software applications including MS Office Windows.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Data analysis skills with ability to produce reports KPIs.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills.
- Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
