HR IT Specialist

Overview of the Role:

Areas of Responsibility:

• Provide 1st3rd level support for ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Configure and develop HRSD functionality including workflows forms portals and case logic.
• Implement enhancements and change requests based on requirements from the Product Owner.
• Support testing releases and ongoing improvements to the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Support and contribute to the implementation of the HRSD module in new countries and markets including configuration localization testing and coordination with the Product Owner.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior ServiceNow HRSD Specialist to follow standards and expand technical expertise.

To Qualify for the Role:

Professional qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR IT or related field.
• Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and/or HRSD modules (prior HRSD module experience a plus otherwise we will help upskill you)
• Experience with configuration business rules workflows MDF objects and Time Evaluation.
• Understanding of HR processes data structures and integrations.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
