Job Summary

What Youll Do

Youll be the first point of contact with future clients creating interest and opening doors for our sales team.

  • Make outbound B2B calls using high-quality company databases.
  • Quickly capture attention and communicate our value proposition.
  • Identify business needs and spark interest in our solutions.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for sales colleagues.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

Youll thrive in this role if you are energetic persuasive and enjoy speaking with business clients.

  • Excellent phone communication skills confident clear and engaging.
  • Fluent Latvian and English (spoken & written).
  • Russian language skills (nice to have).
  • Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections professionally.
  • Self-driven mindset with focus on achieving targets.
  • Experience in telemarketing telesales or customer service.
  • Interest in B2B services / finance / risk management.
  • Higher education (completed or in progress).
