What Youll Do
Youll be the first point of contact with future clients creating interest and opening doors for our sales team.
- Make outbound B2B calls using high-quality company databases.
- Quickly capture attention and communicate our value proposition.
- Identify business needs and spark interest in our solutions.
- Schedule qualified meetings for sales colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
Youll thrive in this role if you are energetic persuasive and enjoy speaking with business clients.
- Excellent phone communication skills confident clear and engaging.
- Fluent Latvian and English (spoken & written).
- Russian language skills (nice to have).
- Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections professionally.
- Self-driven mindset with focus on achieving targets.
- Experience in telemarketing telesales or customer service.
- Interest in B2B services / finance / risk management.
- Higher education (completed or in progress).
