Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new agency and media clients
Create leads independently through networking and outreach
Pitch digital marketing and media solutions to businesses
Build partnerships and business networks
Conduct outreach through calls emails LinkedIn and social media
Follow up on leads and convert them into paying clients
Prepare proposals and quotations
Work closely with the media and creative teams
Meet monthly sales targets and reporting requirements
Update CRM systems and maintain proper lead tracking

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing Media Communication or Business
Minimum 2 years experience in Sales and Business Development
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media
Experience working with KPIs and performance targets
Experience working with a Sales CRM especially Zoho CRM
Ability to generate leads independently
Ability to prepare professional proposals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in agency or media sales is an added advantage
Strong networking and relationship-building ability
