Job Summary

Business growth & Retention: Drive organizational expansion by implementing strategies to retain the current clientele and proactively identifying opportunities for new business development

Policy Development: Design implement and periodically review operational policies procedures and standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure regulatory compliance and peak efficiency.

Leadership & Branch Supervision: Provide strategic direction and oversight to branch managers ensuring all regional activities align with corporate objectives.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary escalation point for client relations: ensure all concerns are addressed within 12 hours and formal incident investigations are resolved.

Operational Optimisation: Evaluate existing operational structures and recommend data-driven organisational changes to enhance workflow and productivity.

Administrative Oversight: Manage the administrative functions of the Operations Department establishing cost effective systems and robust budgetary controls.

Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations operational staff providing mentorship and implementing corrective action where necessary.

Departmental Oversight: Supervise specialised divisions including the Training School Technical Department and Canine Section ensuring each unit adheres to established policies and meet company standards.



Requirements

Job Qualifications

Professional Expertise - A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the private security specially in senior management

Educational Background: A Bachelors degree in Security manage business development or other related field of study

Previous work experience as a Major or captain in the military or GSU will. be an add advantage
