Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Agent to join one of our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships closing deals and delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls with potential and existing customers
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate value
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Build lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Accurately log customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and performance
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
Fluency in English (B2 level or higher written and spoken)
Comfortable appearing on camera for content creation when required
Flexibility to work night shifts (5:00 PM 3:00 AM)
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus
