Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Agent to join one of our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships closing deals and delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls with potential and existing customers

• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions

• Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate value

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Build lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Accurately log customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service

• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher written and spoken)

• Comfortable appearing on camera for content creation when required

• Flexibility to work night shifts (5:00 PM 3:00 AM)

• Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus
