The French Customer Service Agent role is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The role requires handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while delivering a top tier customer experience that meets quality standards. The role also involves assisting customers with product and service information, resolving product or service issues, and processing customer requests.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
• Proven experience in customer service is a plus
• Ability to handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
