Job Description

- Work with project leaders to make sure Application development department Dashboard is always updated
- Detect and report deviations, non-compliances, & quality risks resulting from software quality audits
- Track & follow up on deviations and detected issues till closure.
- Supporting teams close any identified process gaps
- Perform root-cause analysis activities on repetitive non-conformances to reduce/eliminate common deviations.
- Collect projects teams’ feedback regarding process areas and activities and report and improve proposals.
- Work with process owner to apply reported improvements and collect pilot projects feedback
- Coach the project teams applying newly introduced concepts /Agile methodologies & procedures
- Conduct process training for new hires or make sure it’s done by process owners.
