• Manage the financial bookkeeping of the organization, processes invoices, records payments, and track
  
• Ensures that bill is sent to customers; processes refunds; interacts with collection agencies on past-due accounts; and, works to resolve billing
  
• Vendor/supplier payments
  
• Importations & duty payments
  
• Gl reconciliations and bank reconciliations
  
• Statutory payments
  
• Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential
  
• Preparation of monthly staff salaries payment
  
• Utility disbursement
  

• 4+ years experience with relevant
  
• ICAN/ACCA certification is a plus
  
• High-level written and verbal communication skills
  
• Bachelor s degree from an accredited university or college in
  
• Work experience as an Account Officer
  
• Expert in MS Office suite
  
• Advanced literacy and numeracy
  
• Understanding of IFS
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  
• A team player with high level of dedication
  
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
