Shop Manager

An exciting, Account Executive job has just become available at a leading Creative Agency based in Dubai. You'll be reporting directly to the Account Director and your main responsibility will be to act as the main liaison between the agency and the client. Execute day-to-day operation of the client account including client presentations, gaining internal and external creative concept approval, and executing flawless delivery.

About the Account Executive Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for recommending, creating and executing plans for the different business needs in a collaborative manner. This includes developing and executing customized creative campaigns across social media channels and various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop plans and identify strategic critical actions to meet sales targets

Be the main point of contact to the client day-to-day, handling client-driven marketing campaigns from conceptualizing to execution

Research and understand the brand its category and its competitors to provide added value for the client while staying well-informed on marketing and media trends

Pursue revenue opportunities to meet with monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives and targets

Drive new business opportunities by maximizing the companys potential

Owning projects by establishing an effective workflow to execute projects with little/no supervision

Work and liaise closely with the internal content department to provide feedback and craft win-win solutions for clients

To succeed in this Account Executive role, you must have at least 1 to 2 years of proven experience in managing media/advertising client projects and be up to date on digital trends and current affairs in Dubai and MENA region.

Key Requirements:

Strong business acumen - able to quickly understand and adapt to the business and take ownership to provide solutions

Background in Digital Content and Advertising is necessary for this function

Demonstrates a driven attitude, strong leadership and communication skills

Strong analytical thinking and management skills

Strong in relationship building - adopting a collaborative approach across the business and externally with clients
