• Prepare draft letter to request textbook approvals from Ministry of Education (MOE) to be sent by Country Director;
• Follow-up with receipt of textbook approvals from MOE;
• Order textbooks from publisher after preparing purchase orders and obtaining required approvals from the Senior Manager;
• Distribute books to program teachers in accordance with AMIDEAST guidelines.
Teacher Recruitment
• Work with Senior Manager to set criteria for teacher recruitment and approval from the cognizant donor POC;
• Assist with interviews and selection of teachers with stakeholders;
• Prepare guidelines for teachers responsibilities;
• Submit teacher list for background checks
