Roles & Responsibilities I. System Admin Support Tasks

Troubleshoot any environment issues or related defects that may arise during a release. All cases clearly document root cause corrective action and preventive action before they are closed.
Proactively monitor release environments (Dev & Stage) and ensure minimal downtime during release development
Act as technical experts during golive and drive technical golive issues to resolution
II. Change Management & Deployment
Review of build/patch documentation for all projects enhancements and fixes.
Deployments of Breakfix resolutions to Dev Stage environments those are identified during formal validation
Deployments of release changes to Dev Stage environments
Monitoring of system resources during data migration

Generic Managerial Skills

Be comfortable in an uncertain environment.
