As a Junior WHS Coordinator youll be integral to our safety initiatives. Facilitate safety compliance incident reporting and risk assessments. Your role involves occasional local and interstate travel active participation in safety inspections and cultivating a positive safety culture. Responsibilities:

• Safety Compliance: Ensure workplace adherence to safety regulations and standards.
• Incident Reporting: Aid in reporting and investigating workplace incidents and accidents.
• Training Programs: Contribute to developing and delivering safety training for employees.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and assess workplace hazards to enhance safety measures.
• Emergency Preparedness: Support the development and maintenance of emergency response plans.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate safety documentation.
• Safety Inspections: Participate in routine safety inspections and audits.
• Safety Culture: Actively promote a positive safety culture within the organization.
• Local and Interstate Travel: Occasional travel for safety assessments and support across various sites.
• Adaptability: Learn and adapt to evolving WHS regulations and best practices.

Whats Needed:

• 13 Years in WHS or similar role
• Certificate IV in WHS
• Availability for occasional local and interstate travel.
• Strong communication organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency in MSOffice.
• Proactive adaptable and a team player with a genuine passion for workplacesafety.
