In your role, you will:

Requirements

You bring:

• 3-5 years experience working with 12-18 year olds, most of which is in innovative learning

• A professional qualification in a related field ( social work, mental health, psychology or community well-being) and/or significant relevant experience

• Proven experience in developing and implementing wellbeing strategies for an educational environment

• C2 level of English is a must, Spanish and/or Catalan would be nice to have

• Experience in developing and implementing learning experiences from ideation through implementation and

• Ability to quickly connect and build trust with

• Experience in supporting teenage learners: guiding, facilitating, mentoring, counselling, tutoring, At the core of all of these is the capacity to build strong, positive relationships, and to identify what role you need to play for each
