This is a remote position.

As the COO you will be critical in building and scaling our operations across various global markets. This role demands a strategic thinker with a robust background in operational excellence and international business expansion. You will be responsible for overseeing our daily operations driving operational efficiency and ensuring the successful rollout of our products worldwide.

Requirements

**Responsibilities:**

Lead operational strategy and international expansion efforts including market entry establishment of local offices and scaling of operations.

Design and implement business operations establishing robust pathways for product distribution and customer acquisition.

Manage global supply chain operations to optimize quality and efficiency while reducing costs.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and legal standards in every market.

Oversee financial performance including budgeting forecasting and ensuring financial goals are met.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners vendors and internal stakeholders.

Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

**Qualifications:**

Proven experience as a COO Vice President of Operations or a similar leadership role with a background in international business expansion.

Strong operational and business acumen with a track record of successful strategic planning and execution.

Experience in the alarm systems security technology or related industries preferred.

Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle highpressure situations and make decisions in a fastpaced environment.

Fluent in English with additional languages being a plus.
