Your purpose

The Waste Water Sales & Business Development Engineer ensures the commercial development of wastewater related Mobile Water Solutions activities and brand awareness globally. Activities include participating in communication actions prospecting potential customers preparing proposals in cooperation with the process experts negotiating prices developing strategies to boost sales managing the customer portfolio and ensuring commercial followup with customers in order to make them customer for life. The Wastewater Sales & Business Development Engineer plays a crucial role in business & profitability growth.

What you be doing:

    • Identify and engage potential customers globally for waste water business.
    • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current clients emphasizing longterm collaboration and satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the Europe Operations Team to establish competitive pricing and prepare comprehensive proposals tailored to client needs.
    • Drive strategic sales initiatives and negotiate agreements to capitalize on business opportunities effectively.
    • Strategize and execute sales and development plans aligning efforts with guidance from the Division Manager.
    • Implement specialized business development tactics targeting priority clientele including engineering firms EPCs and other key stakeholders.
    • Explore and evaluate new market avenues and growth opportunities while actively contributing to the companys profitability objective.
    • Prepare standard documents/templates about Wastewater assets and technologies.
    • Performs other duties of similar nature and level as assigned.

    What were looking for:

    • Masters or Bachelors degree in Engineering with practical experience.
    • Technical expertise in water treatment (processes and technologies).
    • 510 years of sales and business development experience in wastewater treatment.
    • Proficiency in English language.
    • Familiarity with Google Application Suite or Microsoft Office.
    • Possession of a valid Drivers License for the region.

    Location:

    This role is a home officebased position with frequenttravel and industrial site visits within the region and occasional visits to the office in Doetinchem the Netherlands.
