Warehouse Leader

Our client is currently seeking a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to join their team and play a crucial role in managing their warehouse operations. If youre a natural leader with a passion for logistics this opportunity is for you! Check out the details below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and allocate tasks within their team to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the Admin team to plan for inbound and outbound shipments and inventory counts.
• Implement and enforce standards for 5S warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Assign tasks to Warehouse staff and Forklift Operators ensuring adherence to procedures and continuous productivity improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with labor regulations safety security quality assurance and hygiene standards.
• Maintain and update all activity reports as required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or higher.
• Ability to plan daily tasks and manage a team of at least 5 employees effectively.
• Strong problemsolving skills excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and experience with WMS/ERP/SAP software.
• Basic leadership skills and ability to work well in a team.
