Job Description
PROOF OF CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION. FAILURE TO PROVIDE WILL RESULT IN REJECTION OF

Strong customer service and relationship management experience
Experience Leading Technical and/or infrastructure projects.
Project documentation skills and experience to support project chartering, scoping, and other project deliverables.
Candidates with previous state government experience preferred.
THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT FOR THIS POSITION.
Phone and web based interviews will be acceptable.
However, an in--person interview may be required.
Interviews will be set up shortly after the posting close date.
MUST provide three (3) business references for the interview. (One reference must be a supervisory level.)

This position is currently hybrid. Position is 80% remote and 20% in person. However, position status is subject to change.
Local candidates or willing to relocate at the candidate's expense. No designated work-space will be assigned however, selected
candidate must be available to work at our location as needed. DCF work location is Madison, WI 53703.
DCF does not pay for travel time or reimburse for travel expenses.

Detailed Job Description:
Be responsible for technical and overall project management with a focus on infrastructure and application initiatives. Develops project charters, plans, deliverables, and other project artifacts.
Works closely with the project sponsor and IT senior management to understand and prioritize project tasks. Solves complex technical problems. Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternative.
Builds an effective team and directs the work of the project team to meet project milestones. Develops standards, policies, and procedures
Research new technology and develops business cases to support technology services and solutions. Participate in special projects as required.
Have 12+ years of project management experience with leading large and complex technical systems and services. Professional certification is highly desirable, but not required.
