As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will play a vital role in providing daily care and support to our residents. Under the supervision of a registered nurse you will assist with activities of daily living personal care and other tasks as :Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and with mobility transfers and positioning to promote comfort and prevent and record vital signs reporting any changes to the nursing with meal preparation feeding and hydration by residents dietary needs and emotional support and companionship to residents fostering a sense of community and a clean and safe environment ensuring infection control protocols are followed at all with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for resident interactions care provided and observations by facility :Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of North to lift and transfer residents communication and interpersonal and patientcentered approach to resident to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary knowledge of longterm care principles and practices.
