Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase leads and sales

• Build relationships with other stakeholders to help grow the business

• Provide leadership and guidance to new team members

• Participate in global training calls

• Monitor campaigns and improve them when necessary

• 5 years of experience in the marketing industry

• Excellent communication skills

• Native or fluent in English

• Ability to handle work independently with a strong desire for growth

• Strategic mindset with the ability to make difficult decisions
