The ideal candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in finance leadership roles within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company goals and objectives.
• Oversee financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting processes.
• Provide leadership and direction to the finance team fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Manage financial risk ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business initiatives and strategic decisionmaking.
• Present financial performance and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles practices and regulations.
• Proven track record of strategic financial management and business acumen.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and drive results.
