Visual Communication Designer - White Box Data

We are seeking a motivated Creative Designer for Digital Content and Marketing. As a key member of our marketing team you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating engaging digital content advertisements and promotional materials across various platforms to effectively communicate our services and business offerings. This will be a key role working directly with the Founder.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand business objectives target audience and messaging strategies.
• Conceptualize and design creative digital content including but not limited to social media graphics banners infographics video ads email templates website assets and more.
• Develop visually appealing and cohesive designs that align with the companys brand identity and messaging.
• Stay updated on design trends best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our digital content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Work closely with engineers marketers and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment between design and messaging.
• Optimize designs for various digital platforms and devices to maximize engagement and reach.

Requirements:

• 02 years of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects across different platforms and formats. (Internships or College projects applicable)
• Experience in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Sketch or other relevant tools. We are tool agnostic. So you choose what you are comfortable creating with.
• Solid understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout techniques.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in graphic design digital media visual communication or a related field is preferred.
