We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Architect to join the payroll team in Visma Spcs. As a System Architect you will play a crucial role for our payroll software in designing developing and implementing our cuttingedge software solutions that enable businesses to streamline their operations and maximize efficiency.

The role

As System Architect you are responsible for Ln Anstlld and parts of the architectural design in Ln Smart. Also together with Service Architect and the other Lead Developers in eAccounting responsible for developing a wellengineered scalable and reliable service. You will work closely together with the Product Owners and developers within the payroll area as well as the Service Architect and Lead Developers in eAccounting.

Your responsibilities include:

Identifying and applying architecture design best practices and techniques to ensure that the architecture is robust scalable and reliable.

Maintain longterm technical plans and include them in strategies and roadmaps.

You provide technical leadership by maintaining mid and longterm technical planning and including it in strategies and roadmaps.

Advising on technical decisions and implementation.

Improving technical processes.

Provide guidance to developers to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.

Stay uptodate with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies and proactively propose innovative solutions to improve the overall system architecture.

Flag technical debt to the Product Owners Service Architect in eAccounting or higher levels of management if necessary.

Be part of and contribute to relevant architect forums.

Who we believe you are:

Strong technical background with experience in software development.

Knowledge of cloudbased platforms software architecture and data storage.

Familiarity with database technologies.

Experience with system integration and API design.

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Strong problemsolving skills and creative thinking.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
