Job Opportunity: Vendor Operations Specialist
Location : Hyderabad
Role Overview:
Engage effectively with hiring managers and team members showcasing strong communication skills.
Proficient in utilizing Jira ticketing system for efficient workflow management.
Understanding and working on contracts SOW MSA PO terms etc.
Hybrid role with anchor days (Tuesday & Thursday) in the office; flexible working hours.
Operating on the US time zone with flexibility for night shifts after initial daytime training.
Responsibilities:
Manage daytoday Tier 2 and Tier 3 cases through a ticketing system.
Review onboarding requirements including documents PO information SOWs and access provisioning requests.
Handle bulk onboarding data changes and offboardings on behalf of hiring managers.
Own Tier 2 agent knowledge resources and training alignment with other teams.
Identify operational weaknesses improve processes and support/manage projects for team scalability.
Ensure controls and measures are in place to monitor and continuously improve processes.
Conduct regular analyses reporting and audits as required.
Requirements
Masters degree in business/human resources preferred.
35 years of prior experience in contingent workforce management/MSP operations.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively.
Team player with a focus on collective success.
Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze and transform data into insights.
Customercentric approach with excellent communication skills.
Basic project management skills strong followthrough and stakeholder engagement.
Professional proficiency in English.
Tool knowledge Preferred : Fieldglass VMS Coupa Jira ticketing system DocuSign CLM and IIQ.
