Be part of our client s team as a BIM/CAD Architectural Technician. Assist in modeling architectural scopes of work coordinating specialties utilizing VDC software and identifying constructability issues.

• Working knowledge of VDC software and hardware systems processes and best practices
  
• Assisting in modeling architectural scopes of work based on construction documents specifications product submittals RFIs and shop drawings
  
• Assisting in modeling content from design through construction
  
• Assisting in preparing models to be used for shop drawings modelbased layout AR/VR and integration with laser scans
  
• Assisting in the management and coordination of architectural MEPTF structural and civil specialties of the model
  
• Utilizing reality capture data for model creation/update including laser scanning sUAS and terrestrial photogrammetry and LiDAR
  
• Identifying constructability issues missing information and notifying the project team of these issues and RFIs that need to be written
  
• Utilizing BIM 360 BIM Track ProjectSight and/or other projectspecific information management systems
  

• English Level: C1
  
• Experience: 3 to 5 years
  
• Expertise with Autodesk programs (Revit AutoCAD Navisworks)
  
• Ability to read structural mechanical and architectural drawings and specifications
  
• Familiarity with National BIM Standards (NBIMS) and National CAD Standards
  
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam
