Be part of our client s team as a BIM/CAD Civil Technician contributing to the construction process with your expertise in VDC software and hardware systems.

• Working knowledge of VDC software and hardware systems processes and best practices.
  
• Assisting in modeling Civil scopes of work based on construction documents specifications product submittals RFI s and shop drawings.
  
• Assisting in preparing models to be used for shop drawings modelbased layout AR/VR and integration with laser scans.
  
• Assisting in the management and coordination of Architectural MEPTF Structural and Civil specialties of the model.
  
• Working knowledge or willingness to learn how to utilize reality capture data for model creation/update. This includes laser scanning sUAS and terrestrial photogrammetry and LiDAR.
  
• Identifying constructability issues missing information and notifying the project team of these issues and RFI s that need to be written.
  
• Utilization of BIM 360 BIM Track ProjectSight and/or other projectspecific information management systems.
  

• English level: C1
  
• Experience: 4 to 5 years
  
• Expertise with Autodesk programs specifically Revit AutoCAD and Navisworks.
  
• Ability to read structural mechanical and architectural drawings and specifications.
  
• Familiarity with National BIM Standards (NBIMS) and National CAD Standards.
  
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam.
