ECOSI is seeking an Architect with experience in hospitality projects and Revit.
Responsabilities
- Identify clients needs and create a training program to onboard new team members.
- Manage a new team to create construction documentation for hospitality projects.
- Ensure the quality of the service provided.
Requirements
Must Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic commercial and hospitality ADA codes.
- Skilled in SketchUptoRevit interoperability for Construction Documentation.
- A processoriented mindset to identify improvement opportunities.
- Able to manage multiple projects and teammates ensuring quality control.
- English: C1 or superior. The ability to meet online with clients is a must.
- Portfolio containing Construction Documentation sets of at least 1 large hospitality project is required to consider the application.

Required experience
- 10 years of experience using Revit
- 7 years of experience overseeing the production of construction documentation sets (Plans Elevations FFE Millwork and Architectural Details) for hospitality and commercial projects using Revit.
Must Qualifications Knowledge of construction management software English: B1 or superior Customer Orientation Mindset to identify workflows and propose strategies to optimize them. Plus Qualifications n/a
