UX Designer & Researcher

Key Responsibilities:

User Research:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Utilize various research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Analyze data and present findings to inform design decisions.

UX Design:

• Translate research insights into actionable design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless implementation.

Usability Testing:

• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions.
• Collect feedback from users and iterate on designs to improve usability and accessibility.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Present design concepts and research findings to internal teams and external clients, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.

Continuous Learning & Innovation:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design and research.
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and process, driving innovation and excellence in user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience in UX design and research, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and research initiatives.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
