Your Tasks:

Are you passionate about the Cloud and want to creatively design user experiences? Then join our team and take the self-service of the European Hyperscaler alternative to the next experience level.

Your tasks will include:

• Research, analysis, conception and development of unique user experiences in our IONOS Cloud Self Service Portal.
• You will develop ideas, concepts, visuals and prototypes in coordination with our stakeholders and ensure implementable solutions in coordination with the software developers.
• You actively contribute to continuously optimize user experience, UI consistency, product activation, online engagement and marketing performance.
• You will drive our UX guidelines, documentation as well as the design system.

We Appreciate:

With your several years of experience in the UX environment, you can analyze customer problems in a structured and independent manner and derive suitable measures and concepts. With your keen sense of design and user guidance, you are able to evolve a technical infrastructure product into an enthusiastic, stringent and scalable customer ecosystem.

• You bring practical experience with conception, creativity and UX techniques and also feel at home with the corresponding tools - e.g. Figma, Invision & Sketch or Adobe xD.
• You know how to communicate and present new ideas and concepts to the team and our stakeholders.
• You are up to date with current UX and UI standards and also have an eye on corresponding innovations and trends.
• You have a good basic technical understanding of front-end technologies as well as a keen sense of clear design.
• Your quick comprehension and strong analytical thinking enable you to visualize even complex user needs in a targeted manner in easily understandable processes and to sustainably optimize performance indicators such as click and conversion rates.
