Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
  2. General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  3. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes including invoice processing payment processing and collections.
  4. Monthend and Yearend Closing: Assist in monthend and yearend closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations.
  5. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with clients to develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
  7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles regulations and clientspecific financial policies.
  8. Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients to address inquiries and provide financial insights.
Qualifications:
  • Professional qualifications: CA CPA CA Inter.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
