The Upwork Online Bidder plays a vital role in the organization as they are responsible for acquiring new projects and clients through online bidding platforms. They contribute to the companys growth by identifying potential leads creating compelling proposals and effectively communicating with clients to secure business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential projects and clients through online bidding platforms.
  • Create and submit compelling proposals to secure new projects.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate terms pricing and project scope with clients.
  • Manage and update profiles on online bidding platforms to maintain a strong online presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching new clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Report on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Manage time effectively to balance bidding activities and client communication.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Proficiency in using online bidding platforms such as Upwork Freelancer and Fiverr.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and sales strategies.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
