Job Title: Unit Sales Manager Banking Sector (Karnataka)
Responsibilities:
- Drive unit sales in the banking sector through effective team leadership and individual contribution.
- Recruit train and motivate a highperforming sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Indepth knowledge of Karnatakas banking and financial sector.
Compensation:
- Competitive Salary: INR 2.75 to 3.15 LPA
