Job Title: Unit Sales Manager Banking Sector (Karnataka)

Responsibilities:

• Drive unit sales in the banking sector through effective team leadership and individual contribution.
• Recruit train and motivate a highperforming sales team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
• Graduation from a recognized university.
• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Indepth knowledge of Karnatakas banking and financial sector.

Compensation:

• Competitive Salary: INR 2.75 to 3.15 LPA
