Job Description:
- Experience in Unemployment Insurance/social domain in Benefits, Tax and Appeals.
- 7+ years of experience in the Java / JEE Application, Struts, Hibernate
- 5+ years of experience in Jboss Drools Business rule engine / workflow.
- Extensive experience in IBM Jazz platform RTC, RRC, RQM
- Solid understanding of Design Patterns
- Hands on experience in development of reporting tools
- Technical team management experience
- Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
