Office Representative - Insurance Agent Team Member

Chung Insurance Agency is located in Las Vegas Nevada. We are seeking an outgoing careeroriented professional to join our team. As a team member for Chung Insurance Agency you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote our products including auto home and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  

• Provide prompt accurate and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability eligibility coverage policy changes transfers claim submissions and billing clarification.
  

• Use a customerfocused needsbased review process to educate customers about insurance options.
