UI Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detailoriented UI/UX Designer to create cohesive style guides wireframes and user flow designs for a range of products with different industrial HMI needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop comprehensive UI/UX strategies that effectively integrate the functionality and aesthetic of multiple products into a unified user experience.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction visuals and experience.

Establish and promote design guidelines best practices and standards for HMI across all platforms.

Create wireframes storyboards user flows and process flows to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and appeal of our products.

Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executivelevel stakeholders.

Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features by conducting usability tests and user research.

Create highquality UI design from concept to final product.

Design graphic user interface elements like menus icons tabs and widgets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Human Factors Engineering Design Graphic Design Media Arts or similar with 2.5 years or more of experience.

Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of design projects.

Proficiency in Photoshop Illustrator Visual Design and wireframing tools such as Sketch Figma or similar.

Experience in creating wireframes storyboards user flows and process flows.

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to usersystem interaction.

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Uptodate with the latest UI trends techniques and technologies.

Strong working knowledge of HTML CSS and responsive design frameworks

Previous experience with industrial HMI UI design is a strong plus
