Required Licenses/CertificationsLicense to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Texas or eligible for licensure.Current CPR certification. TRAVELER MUST LIVE 150 MILES OR MORE OR LIVE A METROPOLITAN AREA.This will be a quick start job.Shift will be five 8 hour shifts.
Shift: Days ( 5 days 8 hours shifts weekly)
