POSITION SUMMARY: The Training Analyst role for TRIRIGA plays a key role in ensuring the TRIRIGA system is fully supported users are properly trained and enhancements thoroughly tested and communicated.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- User Base Support and Followup Internal and External
- Support both internal and external users with issues and questions related to the execution of activities in the system
- Maintenance of dedicated support email box and triage/resolution of issues
- Use of JIRA system for issues needing assistance via ticket intake followup and resolution

- Identification of defects and enhancements
- Identify and report system defects conduct ticket intake and followup with both IT and users to ensure fixes are appropriately resolved and communicated
- Identify and conduct ticket intake for necessary enhancements and track through development UAT and deployment
- Conduct extensive UAT testing on fixes and enhancements as needed

- Training
- Create and update training materials as needed to reflect new enhancements as well as system and platform upgrades.
- Conduct training sessions (minimum of 5 per month) for both new and existing users based on role and organization needs.
- Work with various departments to create group trainings and trainthetrainer materials
- Maintain Training Libraries with updated materials and FAQs
- Parther with Document Controller to ensure all documentation is kept uptodate on Department Portal

- Create and communicate Tips and Tricks Newsletter on a quarterly basis
- Attend weekly enhancement meetings and other TRIRIGA related meetings
- Assist with Membership Matrix maintenance and Org related changes
