    Bank of Jordan, a leading financial institution in Jordan, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Business Support professional to join our team. As a Treasury Business Support, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective support to the Treasury department, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.

As a Treasury Business Support, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to support Treasury functions and initiatives.

    Responsibilities

  • Calendar and Schedule Management: Manage the director's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and ensure they are well-prepared for each engagement
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and meetings hosted or attended by the director
  • Information Management: Organize and maintain important documents, files, and information, and ensure that the director has easy access to relevant data
  • Support in Strategic Networking: Help the director build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
  • Project Management: Manage and oversee key projects and initiatives on behalf of the director, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, briefings, and presentations for meetings attended by the director and follow up on action items
  • Support in Research and Analysis: on various topics to support the director's decision-making process
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Education: at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 0 – 2 years of related experience
  • Industry knowledge is a plus
  • Good research and analytics skills
  • Excellent Excel and PPT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
