- Interacting with customers to open, close, and manage safe deposit box accounts.
- Assist with accessing boxes and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of safe deposit boxes and their contents. This may involve implementing and following strict security protocols and procedures to prevent unauthorized access.
- Maintain accurate records of safe deposit box transactions, including account openings, closures, and access logs.
- Keep detailed inventories of box contents and verify customer identities during transactions.
- Conduct regular inspections of safe deposit box facilities to ensure they are in good working order and free from any security vulnerabilities.
- Address any maintenance issues promptly to maintain the integrity of the boxes and their contents.
- Adhering to all approval chain
- Record all safebox transactions in SAP
