Transmission Calibrations Support

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Transmission Calibration Validations and Field Support
  • Ensure all the Quality Gate deliverables are met
  • Creating and executing test plans and testing in support of calibration and validation activities
  • Complete in vehicle testing(s) if required
  • Provide summary of the root-cause, issue tracking (GIMs) resolution via presentations, updated calibration and next steps
  • Expertise on Matlab Simulink for the evaluation of control algorithms
  • Support new vehicle instrumentation and new vehicle should be operational and instrumented within assigned duration
  • Set-up vehicles with ETAS/INCA equipment as needed
  • Support calibration test trips with ability to collect ETAS/INCA data as needed
  • Able to drive all types of vehicles: cars, heavy duty pickup trucks (no CDL required), SUV's, etc

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or equivalent.
